RULES AND DISCLAIMERS

Clients:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• All readings are customized per the requests of each client, to provide entertainment, comfort, and peace.
• All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment.
• Spiritually Growing disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for outcomes or actions, whether they are client’s or others’, whether related to Spiritually Growing’s readings or otherwise.
• Medical attention and Legal counsel should not be avoided, discarded, or delayed when there is reason to seek professional help. Any discussion with Spiritually Growing or any of its affiliates,  is not meant to serve as such medical or legal advice.
• Blogs, affirmations and all articles are solely the viewpoint of the author. No guarantees or promises of any kind are made.
• For Mediumship Sessions: Since there is no guarantee that any Medium will be able to connect to a client’s loved ones in spirit at a given point in time, Spiritually Growing will offer to end the session within 10 minutes of starting, if no viable connection is made (or if the sitter cannot recognize the spirit energy that presents itself). The session may then either be rescheduled for another time, or a full refund will be offered. If the session continues beyond 10 minutes, no refunds will be given. If another family member wishes to join the client’s Mediumship Session, he/she may do so; however, Spiritually Growing cannot guarantee an equal amount of time for both attendees.
